Will you deliver and install at my event?

If your event has met the required minimum of 12' of balloon garland ($317 including installation) or other items of similar value, it would be our pleasure to deliver and install our balloons for you!

How much do your balloons cost?

Balloon pricing varies based on length, volume, design, complexity and delivery costs. Our garlands are priced by the foot so please have measurements of the space where you would like your balloons to go and this will help us determine the cost.

Delivery Fee: the delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from the zip code 28303 and 78666 to your event location

What areas do you serve?

Fayetteville, NC and San Marcos, Texas services the surrounding areas including but not limited. We travel.

How long do your balloons last?

We use only professional-grade materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

Indoor balloon garlands can last weeks (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific length of time because various factors including sun, heat, wind, and rain, affect the lifespan of the balloons.

How long does installation take?

Installation times vary and are based on the scale of the design. We try to do most if not all of the inflating ahead of time so that we can try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible.

What do you use to hang your balloons?

We try to use existing anchor points to hang our balloons but if this isn’t possible, we use removable 3M command hooks. We also offer free-standing balloon garland options and backdrops to eliminate the need to attach anything to a wall.

What is your cancellation policy?

For custom balloon installations:

If you need to reschedule your event, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and we will apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
